Do you ship internationally? 

Currently shipping is limited to the United States and Canada. 

 

How long does shipping take? 

All orders are typically shipped same day, and standard shipping normally takes from 2 to 4 days.  Expedited shipping is available. 

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

Currently taxes are charged in Kentucky and Florida

What is your return policy? 

If a toner is found to be defective:

  1. Mark the defective toner with the reason for its pre-mature removal and date;

  2. Contact us to report the defect;

  3. You must keep the defective cartridge until you receive its replacement;

  4. How to return the Defective toner:

    • The defective replacement cartridge box contains a return label with postage from us.

    • Our warranty requires each defective cartridge be ship back to us for testing/verification.

    • If the Defective cartridge is not received by us or tests determine the cartridge not to be defective, you may be charged the balance of the toners value.

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

All cartridges are covered by a 100% manufacturer’s warranty. Our cartridges are guaranteed to be free from defects from the date of manufacture for a period of three years.

In addition, we further warrant that our products will not cause damage, deterioration or abnormal wear in any compatible machine for which it was originally designed. This warranty covers all equipment used within the manufacturer's specifications and does not include acts of God or nature.

If a defect in any of our product is found to be the sole cause of damage to any equipment, we will reimburse our customer for a complete repair. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence that the damage was due to a defect in our product. All claims must be accompanied with an invoice from the authorized service company that performed the repair. The invoice must clearly indicate the specifics of the repair along with contact information of the field service technician that was dispatched.

Return of the defective product is required and must be clearly marked with an official RMA on the outside of the package. Any sign of tampering with the product will void this warranty. Our liability shall be limited to repair, replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied.
